Brown Trout

Fish 25–100 cm long. Migratory and introduced to Québec. Lives near water and on the coast. Feeds on insects, animal prey and fish.

There are 14 observations of Brown Trout in Québec, mostly in Estrie, Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine and Chaudière-Appalaches, and it has been reported in 5 of the 17 regions.
