Fungus. Spore print white. Lives in symbiosis with tree roots: the fungus brings water and minerals, the tree feeds it sugars.
There are 2 observations of Old Potato Amanita in Québec, mostly in Montérégie and Estrie, and it has been reported in 2 of the 17 regions.
