Field pussytoes

Perennial herbaceous plant reaching 30 cm. Grows in forests and in thickets. Red flowers, from April to June.

There are 98 observations of Field pussytoes in Québec, mostly in Bas-Saint-Laurent, Chaudière-Appalaches and Laurentides, and it has been reported in 14 of the 17 regions. They peak in May and become rare from July to March.
