American spikenard

Perennial herbaceous plant. Grows in forests and in thickets. Flowers in July.

There are 1,015 observations of American spikenard in Québec, mostly in Outaouais, Laurentides and Estrie, and it has been reported in 16 of the 17 regions. They peak in August and become rare from October to May.
