Flowering rush

Perennial herbaceous plant. Introduced to Québec and invasive. Grows in marshes. Flowers from July to September.

There are 850 observations of Flowering rush in Québec, mostly in Montérégie, Montréal and Capitale-Nationale, and it has been reported in 13 of the 17 regions. They peak in July and become rare from October to May.
