Annual herbaceous plant. Introduced to Québec. Grows in fields and in urban areas.
There are 39 observations of Pot marigold in Québec, mostly in Montréal, Capitale-Nationale and Montérégie, and it has been reported in 7 of the 17 regions. They peak in July, September and October and become rare from November to May.
