Chestnut sedge

Perennial herbaceous plant. Grows in marshes.

There are 147 observations of Chestnut sedge in Québec, mostly in Côte-Nord, Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine and Nord-du-Québec, and it has been reported in 10 of the 17 regions. They peak in June and become rare from August to April.
