Yellow sedge

Perennial herbaceous plant. Grows in forests and in marshes.

There are 579 observations of Yellow sedge in Québec, mostly in Côte-Nord, Estrie and Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine, and it has been reported in 16 of the 17 regions. They peak in June and become rare from October to April.
