Fernald's sedge

Perennial herbaceous plant. Grows in fields and in conifers.

There are 53 observations of Fernald's sedge in Québec, mostly in Montérégie, Lanaudière and Laurentides, and it has been reported in 10 of the 17 regions. They peak in July and become rare from November to March.
