Parasol sedge

Perennial herbaceous plant. Grows near water and in forests.

There are 71 observations of Parasol sedge in Québec, mostly in Montérégie, Outaouais and Chaudière-Appalaches, and it has been reported in 14 of the 17 regions. They peak in May and become rare from July to March.
