There are 388 observations of Spotted coralroot in Québec, mostly in Bas-Saint-Laurent, Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine and Abitibi-Témiscamingue, and it has been reported in 15 of the 17 regions. They peak in June and July and become rare from September to May.
