Annual herbaceous plant. Introduced to Québec. Grows near water and in urban areas.
There are 165 observations of Milk purslane in Québec, mostly in Montréal, Montérégie and Outaouais, and it has been reported in 14 of the 17 regions. They peak in July and August and become rare from November to May.
