Perennial herbaceous plant reaching 1.5 m. Invasive. Grows in urban areas.

There are 8 observations of Eulalia in Québec, mostly in Montérégie, Capitale-Nationale and Outaouais, and it has been reported in 3 of the 17 regions. They peak in September and become rare in February, June and December.
