Purple mountain heather

Perennial shrub. Grows on the tundra.

There are 294 observations of Purple mountain heather in Québec, mostly in Côte-Nord, Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine and Nord-du-Québec, and it has been reported in 5 of the 17 regions. They peak in June and July and become rare from November to May.
