There are 98 observations of Blue violet in Québec, mostly in Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Bas-Saint-Laurent and Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, and it has been reported in 14 of the 17 regions. They peak in May and become rare from September to April.
