Spruce Grouse

Bird. Present year-round. Lives in forests and in conifers.

There are 4,527 observations of Spruce Grouse in Québec, mostly in Nord-du-Québec, Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Capitale-Nationale, and it has been reported in 15 of the 17 regions. They peak in July and August and become rare from November to April.
