Bay Underwing

Butterfly or moth in the family Erebidae with a wingspan of 50–60 mm. Feeds on plants.

There are 29 observations of Bay Underwing in Québec, mostly in Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Capitale-Nationale and Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine, and it has been reported in 7 of the 17 regions. They peak in August and become rare from October to May.
