Fungus with a cap up to 20 cm. Grows in urban areas. Spore print brown. Feeds on decaying organic matter.
There are 8 observations of Pavement Mushroom in Québec, mostly in Montréal, Capitale-Nationale and Montérégie, and it has been reported in 3 of the 17 regions. They peak in June, July and September and become rare from November to April.
