Mud sedge

Perennial herbaceous plant reaching 55 cm. Grows in marshes and near water.

There are 353 observations of Mud sedge in Québec, mostly in Côte-Nord, Nord-du-Québec and Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine, and it has been reported in 14 of the 17 regions. They peak in July and August and become rare from September to May.
