Brown flatsedge

Annual herbaceous plant 5–35 cm long. Introduced to Québec. Grows in conifers.

There are 42 observations of Brown flatsedge in Québec, mostly in Montérégie, Laval and Laurentides, and it has been reported in 10 of the 17 regions. They peak in September and become rare from November to July.
