Annual herbaceous plant reaching 10–40 cm. Introduced to Québec. Grows in forests. Flowers from June to October.
There are 23 observations of Drug eyebright in Québec, mostly in Laurentides, Montérégie and Outaouais, and it has been reported in 8 of the 17 regions. They peak in August and become rare from October to June.
